Colorscript - Planned out how the whole story would be told through color, based on what the mood, emotion, or theme of what the particular moment represented.

Prop design - Created what kind of props might go into the background set designs and researched antique furniture from the 20's era.

Below: Sketches and ideations of different characters of the story, where I explored different expressions, poses, size/shape variations and personalities.

The two pieces below are children's book illustrations that are painted in traditional gouache. They were inspired by classic children's stories and were painted in a more whimsical, fun style to appeal to younger kids. 

Below: Concept designs based on the children's story, "Halloween Tree" where 5 little trick-or-treaters are shown the meaning of Halloween through different cultures and times.
